• 25% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking.
• 25% is due 30 days before the travel date.
• 50% (Full & Final Payment) is due 15 days before the travel date.
All refunds will be processed in the same currency used for payment, without interest. The company is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations. Cancellation requests must be made in writing and will be processed on working days (excluding weekends and national holidays).
A valid passport (minimum 6 months validity) is required for all international travel. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and validity of your documents. Usaid Tour & Travels is not liable for any delays or issues arising from incomplete or incorrect documentation. Please ensure your name exactly matches your passport details. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance prior to departure.
You must inform us in writing, at or before booking, of any medical or physical conditions that may require special attention or assistance during travel. Guests requiring wheelchairs or special assistance must bring their own equipment. Not all destinations or vehicles are wheelchair-accessible. We regret that women beyond six months of pregnancy cannot be accommodated. It is your responsibility to verify health, vaccination, and travel safety requirements for your chosen destinations.
Travel insurance is mandatory for all bookings. It is your responsibility to ensure that your policy covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies, lost baggage, and other unforeseen circumstances. Usaid Tour & Travels reserves the right to provide services only after confirming adequate insurance coverage.
